Welcome to Iridology Software. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website [iridology-software.com](https://iridology-software.com) and the Iridology Analysis Toolkit desktop software (Windows & macOS), including any updates, license keys, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Our Services

Iridology Software provides specialized desktop software for educational and research purposes in the field of iridology. Our flagship product, the **Iridology Analysis Toolkit**, enables high-precision iris image capture, classical and historical iris mapping, AI-assisted analysis, measurements, and professional reporting.

**All analysis and data processing occurs locally on your device.** We do not host or access your iris images or analysis results unless you voluntarily share them with us for support.

  1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to install and use the software on the number of devices specified in your purchase (usually one license per user unless otherwise stated).

– You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the software or license key.

– You may make one backup copy solely for archival purposes.

– Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is strictly prohibited.

  1. Accounts and Purchases

– You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.

– All payments are processed securely via our payment partner (Paddle). We do not store full payment card details.

– Licenses are generally perpetual for the purchased version, with optional paid updates or support subscriptions.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our Refund Policy (linked on the site) before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are limited to cases where technical issues prevent proper activation after reasonable support attempts.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

– Use the software for any unlawful purpose

– Share license keys or allow unauthorized users access

– Remove or alter copyright notices

– Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software, website, documentation, and related materials remain exclusively with Iridology Software. The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Medical and Educational Disclaimer

**The Iridology Analysis Toolkit is an educational and research tool only.** It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Iridology is used for analysis and constitutional assessment — it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns. You assume full responsibility for how you use the software and any conclusions you draw from it.

  1. Disclaimers and “AS IS” Provision

The Services are provided **”AS IS”** and **”AS AVAILABLE”** without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware/software configurations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iridology Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
