Refund Policy

At Iridology Software, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital software (license keys and downloadable applications), we maintain the following refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a **30-day money-back guarantee** on all Iridology Analysis Toolkit licenses, subject to the conditions below:
- You may request a refund within **30 days** of your original purchase date.
- Refunds are only granted in cases where the software **cannot be successfully activated or used** after reasonable troubleshooting support from our team.
- You must have made a genuine attempt to use the software and contacted support if you experienced technical issues.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
- Technical failures that prevent the software from running on your system despite following our system requirements and support instructions.
- Accidental duplicate purchases (subject to verification).
3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund
- Change of mind after downloading or activating the software.
- Inability to use the software due to not meeting the minimum system requirements.
- Requests after the 30-day period.
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., license key sharing, reverse engineering).
- Partial or used licenses.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers (if any).
Because the software is digital and can be instantly downloaded and activated, we cannot offer refunds simply because you no longer need or want the product.
4. Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Allow us up to 5 business days to review your request and assist with troubleshooting.
4. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
**Note**: Refunds are issued by our payment partner (Paddle). We do not process refunds directly.
5. Subscription / Update Plans
- Monthly or annual subscription plans can be cancelled at any time.
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid billing period.
- No prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period.
6. Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny future purchases and may dispute any chargebacks that violate this policy. Any costs incurred due to unjustified chargebacks will be recovered from the customer.
